Guest Relations manager (f/m/d)

For the period from early April to early October, we are looking for some Guest Relations Managers who welcome our guests in several parts of Europe (i.e., Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, and Sweden). Sounds like you? Then become part of our team!


What we expect:

  • Organization and execution of personal welcome briefings for our bike guests in English
  • Handing-over and maintenance of rental bikes and equipment
  • Customer service on spot (Service hotline, emergency assistance)
  • Luggage transfer from hotel to hotel
  • Bike delivery and pick-up to the starting points of our trips
  • Availability from early April till early October 2024 (shortened periods are partly possible, too)


Your profile:

  • Very good English skills, other language skills are beneficial
  • Technical skills and organizing ability
  • Autonomous and action-oriented
  • Flexible, able to work in a team and solution-oriented
  • Interest to interact with people and in active holidays
  • Ready to provide a high level of service, sociable and self-confident
  • Driving license B and driving experience
  • Willingness to move to Europe over the summer month


What to expect from us:

  • A diversified position with own tasks from day 1
  • A company bus with bike trailer incl. fuel card for all transfers
  • A flat with kitchen paid from the company
  • Fair and performance-oriented salary (depending on experience, qualification and agreement between 2,500 and 3,000 Euros per month)
  • Business mobile phone as well as laptop / tablet if wished
